- TextPad
- The program I used to make this website and I use it for almost all text based things due to its syntax highlighting. An excellent general utility for all programming tasks.
- There's a link to this on the bottom of most of my pages, but it deserves to be here too. It's execellent for desiging web pages to be W3 compliant and has an optional DOM browser.
